Hi lovely ladies and readers! This is just a short heads-up, I am not available from the 1st January to the 6th January 2016, as we are heading for a short vacation to reload the batteries!

The year 2015 was fantastic, I have met so many awesome people and great projects, it was so amazing to see what awesome people can do if they – just do it! 😀 Looking forward to the next year and what awesome things are prepared for us 🙂

My Week Without Social Media Was a Failure – And What I Learned From it

Before I went off to holidays, I had set a big goal. Be one week (almost) without any Social Networks. Well almost, because I am the only admin of a very special Facebook group, I could not leave it all alone. But it was a total disaster.

I have been working in my own business now almost one year now, and on some occasions I have experienced a really bad customer service. Not only in the business area, as a private person in many occasions too.

This is a thing I can’t really believe, how a company, no matter how small or big it is, can provide such a bad service. Is the customer service not the very heart of a company?
